Process Coordinator

Tatiana Fisher serves as the Process Coordinator at Angeline Washington Elementary.

A North Kansas City School District graduate, she received her Bachelor’s of Science degree from Missouri Western State University in Elementary Education with an Emphasis is Special Education Cross Categorical Disabilities in 2003, and Master of Arts degree from The University of Missouri Kansas City, in Special Education 2006.  Mrs. Fisher was a Special Education teacher in the resource setting for 15 years, with the last 10 years at Chinn Elementary within Park Hill.  She completed her Educational Specialist degree in 2019, from Arkansas State University, in Educational Leadership, Special Education Director, and a second Master's of Science from Northwest Missouri State University, in Educational Diagnostician with School Psychologist Examiner Certification, in 2024.  She has worked as a process coordinator at the elementary school level since leaving the special education classroom in 2023.  In this role, she has provided comprehensive guidance on special education processes and compliance across multiple elementary schools.
